- Active Account Data – retained for the duration your account is active and for 7 years after account closure to fulfil Malaysian legal requirements on financial record retention.
- KYC Documents – retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of verification, or up to 5 years after account closure, whichever is longer, in line with AML requirements.
- Transaction Records – retained for 7 years for audit and tax compliance purposes in accordance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.
- Support Communication Log – retained for 2 years from the date of last interaction for complaint resolution and service improvement purposes.
- Analytics & Cookie Data – session data and analytics are retained for 13 months in aggregate, anonymised form. Session cookies expire automatically when the browser is closed.
Once the retention period expires, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in a form that can no longer be linked to you individually.
