1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("User", "Member" or "You") and yeet ("Company", "Platform", "We") which operates the website and services accessible at yeet.bar.
By registering an account, making a deposit, playing games or using any part of the yeet platform, you agree to be fully bound by all terms set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of this overall agreement.
This document takes effect on 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions. We encourage you to keep a copy of this document for your personal reference.
These terms are drawn up in Bahasa Melayu as the official language. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

2. Member Eligibility
To use the yeet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
- Is not subject to any local, regional or national legal prohibition that prevents participation in online entertainment activities.
- Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or business entity.
- Has never had an account closed, suspended or banned on any online entertainment platform for fraud, misconduct or terms violations.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
yeet reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension while verification is carried out.

3. Account Registration and Management
Registering a yeet account is free and can be done through our official website. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid email address.
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at a time.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, shared or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account, including activities carried out by others with your knowledge.
- Choose your password carefully — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols is recommended. yeet will never request your password through any communication channel.
- A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required before your first withdrawal or when certain limits are reached. Accepted documents include a national ID, passport or other valid official identification.
Your account information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store passwords in plain text — all passwords are stored using secure cryptographic hashing.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

- The minimum deposit is RM 10 with no maximum limit for VIP members.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your yeet account.
- Yeet does not charge any processing fees on standard withdrawals. Any third-party network fees (if applicable) are borne by the respective banking providers.
- Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit require additional approval and may take up to one business day to process.
Funds obtained from bonuses must meet the rollover requirement before withdrawals are permitted. Attempting to withdraw before the requirement is fulfilled will result in the bonus being automatically forfeited.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers
Yeet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions displayed alongside the relevant promotion on the Promotions us.
- Welcome bonuses are only available to new members registering for the first time and making a qualifying first deposit that meets the minimum requirement.
- Rollover (re-wagering) requirements are typically between 5x and 20x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
- Bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
- Yeet reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through improper means, including the use of multiple accounts or betting methods that go against the spirit of the promotion.
- The bonus validity period is as stated in the promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
- VIP offers are exclusive to members who meet VIP tier requirements and are non-transferable.

6. General Game Rules
Yeet offers a wide range of game categories including sports betting, slot games, fish shooting, bingo and live games. Each category has detailed rules available in its respective game help section.
- All games use a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency in game outcomes.
- Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.
- In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, yeet reserves the right to void or confirm bets based on valid server records.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, even if the odds change afterwards.
- Yeet reserves the right to reject, limit or void any bet for reasonable cause, including suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Account Suspension, Restriction and Closure
Yeet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user's account with or without prior notice in the event of a terms violation or suspicious activity.
Actions that may result in account suspension or closure:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
- Owning or operating more than one active account.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Exploiting system bugs, technical vulnerabilities or weaknesses in the odds determination system for unfair advantage.
- Using any unauthorised third-party software to automate gameplay or betting.
- Acting rudely, making threats or harassing support staff or other members.
If your account is closed due to a terms violation, yeet reserves the right to hold all funds in that account pending an internal investigation. Funds will only be returned once the investigation is concluded and no violation is found.

- Yeet is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures or issues with the user's device.
- Yeet is not responsible for game or betting outcomes made based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.
- Yeet's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim in question.
- Online entertainment activities carry financial risk. Only bet with money you can afford to lose. yeet promotes responsible gaming at all times.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
